The Sexual Education for Children and Adolescents RA is a registered association established in January 2025. We have created a Citizens’ initiative “Law about sexual education for children and adolescents – Peaceful development must be guaranteed”. The main purpose of our association is to have this Citizen’s initiative to become an official legislation in Finland.
The goals of our association include making the content of the law proposal notable in other European countries. Additionally our association’s purpose is to educate and inform families and to produce informative material. Also the association may be included in other rights and obligations concerning children, adolescents and families as well as supplementary educators or in related matters. Further, the association may conduct research related to children and adolescents.
